A quick note about this site:

I [Jake] made this site in the spring of 1998 as a project for my AP British Literature class.
It was either this or bake a cake and make a scene from the story with the icing.
I am no Beowulf scholar or enthusiast, so I’m not the one to ask if you need
help with an upcoming test, research paper, etc. Sorry. And sorry but I won’t be doing any other stories.

Furthermore, when I graduate from college, I won’t bother to move this site to my new host. If anyone wants to steal all the pages and pictures and host this site somewhere else, go ahead and do it. (Attn: lit. site admins)
